Brining systems
Most commonly used brining system is to place brining frames, filled with cheeses, in a stainless steel vat. The brine bath can be executed with a brine circulation equipment, which contains a dissolution of the salt and a circulation pump. The brine baths are custom-made and brining frames are revised with new nets or stainless steel plates.
